Do I need to sign a long contract?

Our initial minimum term for retainer packages is 6 months. Good marketing doesn't happen overnight so for both of our benefit we need to ensure we have adequate time for changes to be implemented. If agreeing to a 6 month contract doesn't work for you, you can also take up any of our 'ad-hoc' services which are agreed on a 'case by case' basis.

Can I change or cancel my package?

If your needs have changed then we can update your package with sufficient notice, subject to my availability. To cancel your package we ask for a two month notice period to ensure we have time to bring things to an end and handover to you effectively.

Can you build websites?

I generally don't offer website building as a service. However, please reach out to me if you need assistance getting once started - I built this one and have experience in managing WordPress sites as well as custom CMS's.

Do you charge VAT?

I am not a limited company so not VAT is charged on top of my services. The price you see is the price you pay.

Yes absolutely. Our packages are merely examples of what's on offer, and generally businesses will always need something slightly unique! Please reach out and we can chat further.

Do you have experience in my industry?

I have a wide range of industry experience. I have personally worked in the fitness, leisure, tourism, attractions, hospitality, beauty, retail industries. I also have experience within clinical settings, charities, trade services, property law and events. Marketing is somewhat universal so I am confident I can bring my skills to whichever business you run.

What do you need from me to get started?

It will vary depending on what service you require. Generally, I'll need digital access to things like Google Analytics, website CMS, Meta business suite, mailing lists etc. Don't worry if you aren't sure how to grant access or don't have platforms set up. I can look at helping to get you set up correctly.

How do you take payment?

Accepted Answer

For retainer clients, we'll set up a direct debit via FreeAgent. For one-off projects or ad-hoc support I can invoice or you can pay via card securely online via Tyl. Cash can be accepted upon request if you are local, but I'll still send an invoice.

Question 11

My business is seasonal. What happens then?

Accepted Answer

If there will be periods of time when your business isn't operating, marketing can still take place so momentum is not lost. However, if you do not require my services we can discuss a pause on a retainer package. Please get in touch so we can tlak further if this applies to you.

Question 12

What equipment do you use for content creating?

Accepted Answer

For video content I use a DJI Osmo Pocket. This is a great little camera suitable for shooting in portrait mode (ideal for reels and Tik Toks) or in landscape. The quality is very good so you can be sure your content will look professional. For photos, I will either use my iPhone (also great quality!), or if required a mirrorless camera.

When is payment taken?

For retainer packages, direct debits will come out on 1st of the month. For one-off projects, a 50% deposit is required in advance of work taking place with the rest due within 14 days of project completion.

No - I aim to be transparent with pricing. If things are needed that come at an additional cost I will always let you know in advance and give you the option to proceed or not. No surprises!
